In loving memory of Ken, who did not benefit much from his time in school but who grew in stature throughout his adult life as his intelligence, competence, and character became recognised and appreciated. He was kingpin of a strong family and his loss will be deeply felt, especially by his wife Doris who relied on him more and more as Alzheimer’s disease took hold of her. Ken kept in touch with us by regular Skype calls, with family news and plenty of good humour. We miss you Ken; rest in peace.
